This is your wake up call. We all know every diet isn't made for anyone. Speaking from a former athletic figure to 176 pounds. I've literally tried everything from diet pills from over the counter to going to my doctor! My goodness were the reviews for those pills GREAT! Horrible for me, I couldn't sleep on them. It was honestly like closing my eyes and never going to sleep. On my food blog I plan to discuss ways some people can lose weight by not only exercising but choosing what to eat. #RobinsonReview
