I've recently lost 10 pounds in two weeks, Here's How:
2 Glasses of apple cider vinegar a day (morning & night)
Calorie Counter (Find it on your app store)
When your favorite shows go on commercial do a random exercise
Eating 1,690 calories a day
Waiting on your food out the microwave? Do jumping jacks until the microwave goes off.
At minimum per day 10 minutes of cardio (doesn’t have to be consecutive)
Eating peanuts, almonds, bananas and kiwis for those hunger urges.
