Am I In My Fathers Will?

Have you ever lost anyone close to you? The feeling of losing someone is almost undescribable. Adrenaline rushing to what feels like every part of your body and you're numb from the crown of your head to the sole of your feet. Afterwards, the memories come flying into your head and your heart is now trying to process what has happened but because there are so many emotions attempting to compute to the brain there's hurt.. you cry as a form of release, but that wasn't a release was it? Imagine God sitting high looking low as those who were made in his image turn away or disobey constantly; I thank God he is not like man. God is so forgiving and patient. Could you imagine for a second your child disobey EVERYTHING you say do, you say left they go right, you tell them to talk to you but they are so ungrateful and ignore you until they want the newest bike or need help with anything; they've gone months without so much as a call to you, but they need your assistance at this point so hey why not? As human we'd turn our back but God says I'm here because your purpose has not been fulfilled on earth. God is here, even when we make our beds in hell he like that's not my will for your life. Are you in your Fathers Will? Not your earthly father, God of Gods, him, are you in His Will? I've lost friends who still have a beating heart because my obedience to God; I had to remind myself to count the cost, God had to pull some people out of my life because they weren't aligning with His Will for my life (which is His); I changed my declaration when I had my daughter each year it get harder but to Whom much is given much is required (Luke 12:48); When I laid my foundation with Christ my allegiance was NOT MY WILL (Luke 22:42). In all honesty I had no idea what I was getting into BUT because of His promise of perfecting everything that concerns me (Psalm 138:8) I knew I would be better than OK. To be in His will, means I died to my own agenda (Philippians 1:21) ; You will lose people because of your obedience and I said it AGAIN so that you'll grow to understand; You may not feel this is for you and some may have stopped reading a long time ago BUT obedience is better than sacrifice (Jeremiah 7:21-23). As Pastor Jackson always says "To be a Kingdom citizen looks like something"; To be in Gods will LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING.

Scripture:

Luke 14:28 NLT : "But don't begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it?"

Philippians 3:8-9 KJV: "Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that i may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is law, but that which is through faith of Christ, the righteousness which is God by faith:

Luke 22:42 KJV: Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

Prayer:

God thank you so much for everyone reading this blog, I pray that this year we will die to ourselves and walk in your will. Renew our mind daily God, remove those distractions and we bind the enemy and any of his wicked ways. We loose peace, happiness, joy, unforgiving obedience to your word. Your word says according to Matthew 18:18 whatever I bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven and whatever I loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity that we don't deserve to seek your Kingdom AND YOUR righteousness. Allow your people to continue to draw closer to you and understand your purpose for them for when we fight YOUR will we drown but when we seek ONLY you we walk on water. Thank you for Your will. Thank you Father for just being you. These are the blessings that i ask for in Jesus Name.

Song:

You Still Love Me- Koryn Hawthorne

Challenge: I challenge those who are reading to read Gods promises and I assure you, if you read AND understand what God is promising you JUST to live righteously and seek him daily. When I think about it, its like THAT'S IT? Its challenging but its worth it. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13).
